Alycia is the Strategic Content Director at Agnostic and brings over 10 years’ experience in developing content strategies and digital programs for brands. She is committed to helping organizations create meaningful content experiences so that they can emotionally connect to their customers.

Prior to joining Agnostic, Alycia spent many years in London, U.K. Some of her notable roles include leading the marketing efforts of two technology start-ups, creating best-in-class content programs for Sticky Content, a digital content agency and being a part of the global team that launched ANdAZ, Hyatt Hotel’s boutique luxury brand.

Now residing in Toronto, Alycia was at BMO Financial Group and hired on as their first Content Strategy Manager. Her responsibilities included developing BMO’s first-ever enterprise content strategy which involved overseeing the research, UX, SEO and online brand guidelines for multiple businesses within the organization. 

Alycia holds an M.A. in Marketing & Innovation from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, U.K. and she is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Information Architecture.
