Agnostic is looking for a detail-oriented, ambitious digital / social analyst to join our digital team. This role will be responsible for supporting the digital strategy team in monitoring and analyzing digital conversations on behalf of our clients.

Alongside the Digital Strategists, the CDI is responsible for providing digital counsel, social media analytics, and strategic insights for our blue chip clients across the consumer, corporate and financial, technology, health sciences, and government sectors.

The ideal candidate loves a team environment, must have strong organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in Excel and Powerpoint. The candidate should also be familiar with social listening platforms such as Radian6 or Sysomos and be comfortable with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Omniture.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall digital group by conducting online research including:
    • Social listening
    • Web analytics breakdown
    • Competitive analysis
    • Online influencer identification
  • Develop on-going analytics and social media reports, both quantitative and qualitative for use both internally and by clients
  • Support internal teams by providing digital counsel on new platforms, channels and emerging innovations in the category
  • Work with senior digital team members to further improve and refine existing research processes and approaches to digital execution across community management, content development, web builds, and measurement
  • Collaborate with creative and development teams in and outside the agency to bring strategic recommendations into reality
  • Work with clients to identify their measurable objectives, and working with internal team members to establish monitoring and analytics programs based on client KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions both within the digital team, and within other Environics-family practice groups
  • Support internal teams by providing digital counsel on new platforms, channels and emerging innovations in the category
