Mackenzie Biddie

Mackenzie brings more than nine years of experience in consumer and corporate communications across food & beverage, healthcare, non-profit, entertainment, and B2B sectors. With problem-solving at her core, she specializes in planning and executing multi-channel public relations campaigns, focusing on integration and collaboration to tell brand stories impactfully.

Having worked on both client and agency sides, she's developed her skills with Canada's top brands including Tim Hortons, Dairy Farmers of Ontario, FedEx, Terry Fox Foundation, Hayu, and Royal Ontario Museum across earned media and influencer marketing.

Her love of 'fun facts' drives her obsession with getting into the weeds when solving business problems for clients. As an intentional listener and empathetic team leader, she builds teams where sharing ideas and trying new things is encouraged and laughter is mandatory at every meeting.

Staying true to her deep city roots, Mackenzie seizes all Toronto offers in her downtime—trying new restaurants, reading in favourite cafes, or dancing at concerts.

As a committed future Pop Culture Jeopardy contestant, she's the agency's 'go-to source' for film, television, and music trends and is a self-proclaimed 'Reality TV Historian.'

Whether pitching top-tier outlets or friends on her favourite Love Island season, Mackenzie's passion is felt in everything she does—forever committed to going the extra mile.
