What You’ll Own
A commitment to understanding consumer communications landscape - eager to stay on top of the now and the next
Client counsel and program recommendations that support how our clients show up in market
Program architecture from concept through execution across owned, earned, and influencer channels
Team development where you're coaching junior talent while delivering flawless client work
Account growth through exceptional execution and strong client relationships
Effective team and program management in the earned, influencer and owned spaces
Delivering exceptional written communications
Juggling multiple projects simultaneously while navigating a fast-paced environment
Being social media savvy and understand how social can drive our clients’ business
What We're Looking For
You know your craft: 4-8 years in communications means you've run successful campaigns, managed budgets, and built media and client relationships. You've managed teams and know the difference between a strategy and tactics.
You’re genuinely interested in the work and have an interest in food & beverage: When a client challenge lands on your desk, you see opportunity. You treat our agency with the same care you offer our clients because quality work matters to you.
You get results: You've launched campaigns, led teams and clients to results you’re proud of. You don’t take ‘no’ easily, looking for other ways in to deliver!

Account Executive

What You'll Own
This role is about driving both strategy and results across our corporate tech and B2B portfolio. You’ll execute complex programs while building the kind of client relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.
Your expertise spans:
Supporting account teams with earned media, social media and influencer outreach.
Effective written and verbal communications through media pitches, press releases, social copy, backgrounders, fact sheets, etc.
Helping the team using strong research skills and a curiosity that can be applied to client work.
Conducting media and social monitoring and reporting;

Intern
Agnostic, one of Canada’s fastest-growing full-service communications agencies, is looking for our next superstar intern on our Consumer team! Someone who is excited by fast-paced, insight-driven opportunities with an agency that believes in making time for better thinking.
You will have the opportunity to develop your communications and marketing skills, including: writing and content development, media relations, social media, research, influencer relations, executive positioning, creative thinking, reporting and more.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist account teams with earned media, social media and influencer outreach;
Effective written and verbal communications through media pitches, media briefing documents, social copy, backgrounders, fact sheets, etc.;
Support the team using strong research skills and a curiosity that can be applied to client work;
Conduct media and social monitoring and reporting;
Assist with administrative tasks;
Be an active participant in the Agnostic community.
Skills & Experience
You have a passion for the PR industry and its best practices
You are a recent graduate or currently enrolled in a college, university or post-secondary certificate program in public relations, marketing or media studies;
You possess an understanding of social and digital media which includes drafting content, monitoring and measuring influencer engagement
